It all started back in 2014 with Paul, the owner-operator, and his business partner and wife Jackie Gray.
Paul was about to take a leap of faith, after twenty years working as a plumber for the Queensland government. Shannon Whit, fluent in Auslan (Australian Sign Language) and a multi award-winning apprentice working for the government with Paul, had just become a certified plumber (the only deaf female plumber in the world). With twenty years of experience, Paul decided it was time to back himself, and help others at the same time. So he bought his own ute, started his own company, hired Shannon Whit, and never looked back!
With just over 12 months under their belt, PGPS was voted the third best Plumber on the Gold Coast, by the Gold Coast Bulletin newspaper.
In August 2018 Adam Lott joined PGPS as a certified plumber with over fifteen years of experience. Adam has recently moved to the Gold Coast from Sydney, and he’s quickly getting used to our perfect weather and G.C. lifestyle. Adam has recently settled in Merrimac.
With Jackie in the office, and Paul, Adam and Shannon out in the utes, PGPS services clients all over the sunny Gold Coast, from Beenleigh to Coolangatta and also the Tweed Heads district. Their major clients are in Robina, Palm Beach, Burleigh Heads, Nerang, Ashmore, Benowa and Banora Point, but the PGPS team is happy to travel from one end of the Coast to the other.
Paul and Jackie have lived on the Gold Coast since forever, and together with their team, they offer something different in their business: polite and clean service, on time, every time. No job is too big or small. PGPS will do everything from changing your tap washers to repairing fire mains.
PGPS partners with local businesses, and uses quality Australian made products as much as possible.
PGPS previously boasted one of the only female plumbing staff members on the Gold Coast. PGPS have team members with a variety of backgrounds and want to make everyone comfortable with talking all things plumbing and gas!
